ADA Sign Specifications

This section includes specifications for our interior and exterior ADA signs with raised lettering and grade 2 braille. These signs are made with embossed grade 2 braille, which is the preferred braille type of the vision impaired population.

We encourage architects and designers to use these specifications free of charge. The specifications can be either copied from this site by cutting and pasting or printing out a hard copy using your navigator's print function.

See our Technical Bulletin explaining the proposed changes to the ADA regarding braille. These proposed changes are nothing new to us, since we have always made our braille to these new requirements.
